 After-sales Service Process 

1. When the industrial ehternet switches or other products you purchased fails, please contact the after-sales department of Houshi Network as soon as possible;

2. After the after-sales staff of Houshi Network confirms the quality of the product itself, you need to provide the product SN number, quantity, and your consignor information, and express it to our company's maintenance center;

3. After receiving the faulty product, Houshi Network Repair Center will complete the repair of the product within 3 working days (if any difficult or complex problem is encountered, the repair time will be appropriately extended, and we will contact you by phone as soon as possible to inform you)
